Avalon Woodturners Guild

We are a group of about thirty men and women from the Avalon Peninsula of Newfoundland, Canada. What we have in common is an interest in fellowship and learning more about woodturning.

The guild has been in existence since 1996. We meet every second Wednesday from September to May inclusive at Mill Lane Enterprises on Water Street, St. John's, from 8:00 to 10:30 pm. Dues are a paltry \\$25 per year.

Meetings consist of a 1/2 hour business meeting, show and tell, bring back raffle, coffee break and then a woodturning demonstration or video.
